Getting picked up when you arrive by a Las Vegas aiport limo serivice can be a great way to start your Vegas experience before you even get to the hotel while avoiding the hassles of trying to find a taxi or rent a car.

While making reservations is the best way to get a Vegas airport limo, you can also hire one when you land. Either way, there are a few things you should know beforehand. Keep reading for more info.

If You Have Reservations for Las Vegas Airport Limo Service...

When you've made reservations with a Las Vegas limo service for an airport pickup, there are probably going to be a couple additional fees added to your bill. These fees usually include a $10 "meet & greet" fee and a $5.00 airport security fee.

The hourly fee for a limo pickup at the Las Vegas airport often starts when your plane lands, not when you meet your driver.

The limo driver will usually come to meet you at your baggage claim, but if he is running late or you have landed early, you might be able to speed things up by meeting him at Zero Level. This is a special parking area just for Las Vegas airport limo services to park at the airport. It's one level down from the baggage claim area, and is also where hotel-operated courtesy airport shuttles pick up. (Just be sure the limo driver knows you're going to be down there).

Escalators and elevators to Zero Level are located in the open area between the two main banks of baggage claim carousels (near the Starbucks and information desks).

Meeting up with your driver during busy times can be a hassle, so make sure you have the phone number handy for the limo company you're planning on using.

No Airport Limo Reservations...

If you don't have reservations for a Vegas airport limo, go through doors 7-13 in the baggage claim area. These doors are clearly labeled LIMOS, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding them.

Outside, you'll find a number of service desks for each of the Vegas limo services. Talk to a representative and they'll get you all set up.
